We are proud to say that when a customer calls us with a with a "machine down", we can have a service truck and technician on the way to your job-site in less than 20 minutes... and, if necessary, a replacement machine can be on its way within an hour in most cases. After hours emergency repairs can be accommodated as well by our highly qualified on-call staff.
Each of our stores has full-time certified technicians on staff, five mobile service trucks, and ten delivery trucks. We offer routine maintenance and repair services on every thing we rent or sell, as well as our mobile, on-site repair and fueling services. We have minimized downtime on our equipment through the efforts of a well trained and professional maintenance staff and a comprehensive maintenance and safety inspection program. Every item we rent is thoroughly inspected and tested after each rental to ensure that our customers have the most reliable equipment available to help our customers and clients to complete their jobs as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We also offer repairs and maintenance programs to the general public. We are the areas experts for preventive maintenance and annual inspections to meet or exceed the needs of contractors and small business throughout the area.
